Cairo-based spaces® runs the Site. The Terms govern the Site, unless as otherwise specified. You (the "User") consent to these Terms by using the Site, so please read them carefully. Use the Site only if you agree to these Terms.

spaces® may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Copying, republishing, distributing, uploading, posting, or transmitting Site content is prohibited unless expressly allowed. spaces® or our suppliers or licensors own the Site and its content, which is protected by trademark/copyright. You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site and its content and services. At our discretion, we may amend these restrictions and limits.

These Terms govern all contracts, supplies and other services agreed between you as the customer and spaces®. Unless spaces® has indicated otherwise in writing, your own general terms and conditions shall not be accepted.

The Site is for noncommercial, legal use only. Use of the Site is restricted to viewing, purchasing, submitting information, and downloading product information for personal inspection. You are liable for the Site's consequences of your communications, including transmission, publishing, and uploading.

Contracting

1. spaces® emails order confirmation. Order payment creates a contract. spaces® may withhold or condition a supply with justification. spaces® cannot accept an order without a precise address.

2. Even if you obtain an order confirmation, order procedures that are interrupted before payment instructions are finished, are considered incomplete. Thus, such an order cannot be fulfilled. spaces® will attempt to call you to complete payment instructions for delivery.

Order Information

Visit the objects store or Instagram shop to find the perfect experimental object. To ensure a smooth purchase, you must provide your personal information, contact, and address after adding an item to basket. The order will be executed when you choose a payment method and get a confirmation email. If confirmation mail is not received even after checking the spam box, email hello@outofspaces.com for assistance. Contact us via Instagram or Email immediately to cancel or change a processed order. Cancellation or order adjustment requests may be made before object delivery.

Error in Delivery

If we deliver a different, broken or defective object, you must contact us immediately. spaces® will then reimburse the purchase price plus delivery costs.

Prices and Cost

1. The contract price is the current price at the moment when an order is placed on the Site. Price includes VAT.
2. Site prices exclude shipping.

Complaints

1. Email hello@outofspaces.com with order, payment, or delivery complaints.
2. The email must include your name, email address, order number, and object number.
3. Email hello@outofspaces.com for other inquiries or comments.
